- 01. Can individuals have quote request?
- A.Yes. We serve both individuals and corporate clients (including government agencies,public corporations and private companies).
- 02. What is the minimum order quantity?
- A. For ATD (ANTHROPOMORPHIC TEST DEVICES) parts, you can request to purchasestarting one piece or one assembly.
- 03. Can we purchase only spare parts?
- A.Yes. We offer complete units and spare parts for the H3 50% Male, H3 95% Male, H3 5% Female dummies, SID-II dummy, THOR dummy and other products.
And, we consider requests for ATD products necessary for new product/ material R&D or products that are unavailable anywhere else in the world. - 04. Are they compatible with other manufacturers' ATD products?
- A. Yes. Since they are products of the same rating that comply with international regulations (specifications or standard methods), they are compatible.
However, please note that combining certain products may compromise performance. We strongly recommend contacting us for confirmation. - 05. Is direct transaction possible?
- A. Yes. Transactions through trading companies are also possible. Please contact us via the inquiry page.
- 06. What payment method should we use?
- A. In general, we request payment by bank transfer on the payment date of the following month in Japan.

- A. JASTI is a company headquartered in Japan, established in 1994. We conduct sales and provide customer support through regional distributors around the world.
- 08. Where are these products manufactured?
- A. We are manufactured domestically at our Technical Center, with the exception of some procured components. We handle everything from parts processing to assembly and testing.
